Ryan Benharris of The Law Offices of Deborah G. Attorney Benharris is a 2001 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a 2005 graduate of Southern New England School of Law (now known as University of Massachusetts School of Law - Dartmouth), where he served as the President of the Student Bar Association. He currently serves as the U Mass School of Law's elected Vice-President of its Alumni Association.

A panel of over 20 practicing attorneys and two Massachusetts Superior Court Judges selected Attorney Benharris, out of a group of 25 attorneys, to receive this distinguished award.
